Sincere sympathies to the family on your great loss. I loved reading the beautiful tributes to her from her many friends scattered from around the USA now... some thanking her for all her work in her church, church choir, etc., but the ones from her former students are so endearing. I'm sure she's gratefully smiling down from Heaven at the remembrances you all have so freely given! I want to tell you thanks too, for letting us see a part of her we DIDN'T know about the sandwiches and gatorade! Memory Eternal. Vjecnaja Pamjat.

Heaven got a REAL ANGEL. Coach Divich, on behalf of the 1982-84 boys tennis team, THANK YOU for your wonderful guidance, caring, and on a lighter note, supplying the boy's tennis team with the ENDLESS coolers of sandwiches and Gatorade for all of our practices and matches! I have recalled those joyous, carefree, times often and will continue to do so until I see you again. YOU made it FUN! Keep a spot open on Heavens tennis court for us, Miss Divich! I'll bring a Donnay! See you there soon! I love you dearly! Steve Amendola

A real angel has left us for her heavenly place. Sophia had a wonderful attitude and was always happy, ready to go, and most importantly positive. She loved her PK Choir, getting in her car and exploring the countryside, and most of all she just plain loved life. She could always be counted on to go out of her way for her Baba parties with special gifts and special goodies. God Bless you dear Sophia and Memory Eternal. Love Marie and her Family

Dear Sheila, I said good-bye to Sophia Last Sunday and asked her to hang on until I returned from my trip on Feb. 17. But, the angels came and took her sooner. She will be having a ball with her deceased family members and her dear friend, Wanda, from the Carriage House. I loved her gigle and her smile. I will miss her. God bless you for all you did for her. My deepest sympathy to you. Love and prayers, Gloria Renda

Miss Divich was one of the most caring teachers that I had at Weir High School. Her classes will always remember how she would not use her whistle, but just yell loudly, "TOOT!" Heaven got a wonderful angel. May the good memories of her help all through this difficult time. Rest in Peace, Miss Divich.

I thank the Lord for Ms.Divich's life and her guiding influence in my life. As a high school student and Tri-hi-y leader, she gave of her time by driving me and others to parts of Ohio and WV that broadened my world. She gave me invaluable opportunities to expand my world. I would not be the productive, caring citizen that I am today without Ms.Divich! I give back ...because of her. I miss the square dances! She will NOT be forgotten! Celebrate her life and those she touched.
