  I am blessed to have known Sonya for 10 years. She was an amazing person! I know you are not supposed to ask the reason "why?"' , but it's hard not to. When I saw her last, she was glowing! Her babies were almost here and she had everything she had ever wanted. She loved her family with all her heart. I am sending prayers that God will wrap his loving arms around you and help you during the trying times ahead. Sonya will watch over all of you too. Keep her spirit alive and she will never be far!   Sonya was such a wonderful person! She and I became good friends during nursing school. Maria and my daughter Brianna would play together while we studied. We spent many hours at each others houses and even at the coffee mill while she was working, trying to prepare for tests. When I had to repeat a semester, she was always there to help and encourage me! She was truly one of the nicest, most kind and selfless people I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. You all are in my daily prayers! If there is anything I can do to help in any way please let me know.

  Brianna, I was Maria's communion teacher last year at CCD. Words cannot express our sympathies for you and your whole family during this time. While taking my son to school, I would pass Maria every morning as she was waiting to get on the bus. Sonya and Maria both would always have a huge smile on their faces! I will never forget how chatty Maria was during class, only because she had so many questions about Jesus! Make sure you take care of her and those beautiful twins. Keep The love of Christ in their hearts like Sonya would have. God's plan is so hard to understand sometimes especially when something like this happens, but please know you have a whole community of support to help you through this. We have been and will continue praying for all of you.

  Sissy, I cannot begin to tell you how lost we are without you. You were my best friend. The one I shared with, laughed with, cried with, looked up to, fought with, and loved with all my heart. I promise your 3 little sweethearts will know all about you. Not a day will go by without me wondering why you had to go but also not forgetting what you were to me. Watch over your kids, Jay, mom, dad, Petey, ginger, the rest of your loved ones, and I. I love you so much and I will miss you so much. My heart is already aching and I've wanted to call or text you at least 5 times a day. I have to remind and sometimes physically stop myself from doing so.
