Shirley L. “Sissy” Fisher, 76, of Steubenville, Ohio died Monday, April 20, 2009 at Carriage Inn of Cadiz. She was born on April 20, 1933 in Steubenville, OH a daughter of the late Russell and Iola Dalton Blackburn. Shirley was a wonderful sister and aunt. She retired from CVS Pharmacy where she worked for over 20 years. Preceding Sissy in death were her husband Fred Fisher; daughter Debbie Fullen and granddaughter Shannon Fullen. Surviving are her son Bradley Fisher of Tampa, FL; sister Karla (Harold) Liggett of Hopedale, OH; brother Bradley (Linda) Blackburn of Maumee, OH; three nieces Lori (David) Yakubek of Alliance, OH, Lesa Nicholson of Strasburg, OH and Lisa (Matt) Dick of Toledo, OH; nephew Michael Wilkins of Columbus, OH; three grandchildren Sheena Fullen, James "Buster" Fullen and Bradley Fisher and many great nieces and nephews. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, Wintersville Thursday 4 - 8 p.m. where a service will be held Friday 11 a.m. Burial at Union Cemetery.
