Shirley J. Williams, 86, of Wintersville, Ohio passed away on Wednesday June 19, 2024 at the Valley Hospice North Care Center. She was born on August 21, 1937 in Steubenville, Ohio the daughter of the late Frank & Alice Kato Kowalski. Shirley was preceded in death by her late husband Edward “Ed” Williams on January 9, 2003. Shirley had two passions in life, serving her loving family and the Smokey Mountains. She was a member of the Zion Church of Christ.

Besides her husband, Shirley is also preceded in death by her daughter Brenda L. Kish; grandson Joey Kish and brother Frank Kowalski. She is survived by her loving children Edward Williams II, Sherrie Rogers, Gail Flanigan & Melanie Lynn Petrella; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville on Monday June 24, 2024 from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 12 p.m. with Rich Muckle officiating. Burial at Union cemetery.
