Selma “Bebe” Auvil 80 of Steubenville, Ohio died Monday, March 31, 2003 at Trinity West. She was born in Mingo Junction, Ohio on March 12, 1923 a daughter of the late John and Martha Munas Dojonovic. She was a member of Holy Resurrection Serbian Eastern Orthodox Church, Steubenville and the Sveta Petka Kolo. Selma was retired from the former Montgomery Ward in Steubenville and also as a crossing guard for the City of Steubenville. She was preceded in death by two brothers Steven and Dushan Dojonovic. Selma is survived by her husband Alfred “Al” Auvil; one brother Robert (Mary Kay) Dojonovic of Mingo Junction; four sisters Mildred Sherensky of Seattle, Washington, Mary (Frank) Galownia and Ann Roberts both of Steubenville and Sophia Schoolcraft of Mingo Junction; and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville, Ohio on Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. where services will be held at 3 o’clock Thursday afternoon with Rev.
