Scott K. Cramer, 53, of Steubenville, Ohio unexpectedly passed away on Saturday, October 11, 2025 at Hocking Valley Community Hospital. Scott was born on November 16, 1971 in Steubenville, Ohio the son of the late Walter Roy & Jayne Zimmerman Cramer II. Scott was a Foreman for the City of Steubenville Water Line Gang.
Scott was truly devoted to his family as a loving husband and caring father. One of his favorite activities was fishing with Jewels. He also loved hunting and competing in motorcycle drag racing. Most of all, Scott was a hard-worker who never sat down. Affectionately called the “Tinkerer” he loved to tinker on everything that needed fixing.
Scott is preceded in death by his parents; sister Teresa Lee Cramer and maternal grandparents Kenneth Lee Sommer & Betty Jane Zimmerman. He is survived by his loving wife Jacky Farley Cramer; cherished daughter Giuliana “Jewels” Cramer and her mother Lisa Cramer; aunt Kathy Lee Weber; uncle James Dean Sommer; step-son Jacob (Anthony) Hines and his faithful canine companions Socks, Macy & Ziggy.
Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville, Ohio on Thursday, October 16, 2025 from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m.
