Sandra “Sandy” Adams (Wallace), 70, of Wintersville, Ohio was called home to be with the Lord on Sunday, October 16, 2016, where she was surrounded by close family and friends.
She was a lifelong resident of Wintersville, Ohio, born on December 2nd, 1945. She was the beloved daughter of James and Juanita Wallace.
She was a member of the Wintersville United Methodist Church and Wintersville Women’s Club. She was a student in the class of 1965 at Wintersville High School and in her youth was involved with Eastern Star. After falling in love with her high school sweetheart Glenn B. Adams, she became a wife, homemaker, and mother to two beautiful children, Glenna and Timothy.
In her free time, she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, reading her Bible and participating in Bible study, drawing, singing, camping, and travelling.
She is preceded in death by her father, James G. Wallace. She is survived by her mother, Juanita (Allen) Wallace, brother, James Wallace, Jr., husband, Glenn Adams, children, Glenna Head (James) Hatten and Timothy (Robin) Adams, grandchildren, William (Bridget) Head, Alex (Mary Kate) Head, Kalyn (Sean) Williams, Abbey Adams, Ashley Hatten, and Lindsey (Caleb) Hatten, and great grandchild, Cayden Williams.
Friends may call at Dunlope – Shorac Funeral Home, Wintersville on Tuesday from 4 – 8 p.m. and also on Wednesday at Wintersville United Methodist Church from 10:30 a.m. until the time of the celebration service of Sandra’s life at 11 a.m. with Rev. Dr. Clint Quillen officiating. Burial at Fort Steuben. Memorial contributions may be directed to Wintersville U.M Church, 702 Main Street, Wintersville, OH 43953.

So saddened to hear about Sandy's passing. My prayers are with the family. The thing I remember about Sandy is her beauty, inside and out. My memories of her are her smiles and ,gracious ways! I use to look at her,and think she's as beautiful as the movie star Grace Kelly! Sleep with the Angels Sandy.
