Ruth L. Bills, 99 of Steubenville, OH, formerly of St. Marys & Parkersburg, WV died Friday, January 11, 2002 at Carriage Inn of Steubenville. She was born in Finch, WV on March 29, 1902 and preceeded in death by her husband Daniel B. Bills and one daughter Bonnie Chilenski. Ruth was a retired head cook from the Parkersburg Elks Lodge. Surviving are one son Richard L. (Barbara) Bills of Wintersville; two daughters Mary Hall of Steubenville and Mrs. Christine (Ross) Hart of St. Marys, WV; 9 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 12 great great grandchildren.
