Ruth L. Bell 88 of Sun City, Arizona, formerly of Wintersville, Ohio died Wednesday, January 1, 2003 at Boswell Memorial Hospital. She was preceded in death by her husband James E. Bell on August 6, 1999. Private burial at Union Cemetery, Steubenville, Ohio.
