Ruth Elaine Weber, 53, of Steubenville, Ohio died Friday, April 29, 2005 at home of natural causes. She was born in Steubenville on April 19, 1952. Ruth was a nursing assistant at Trinity West and Red Cross volunteer. She was a member of Meadowbrook Church of God in Rayland, Ohio. Preceding Ruth in death were her parents Lewis and Anna Mae Brown Carothers; husband Michael D. Weber; two sisters and one brother. Ruth is survived by two daughters Michelle Estep of Moundsville, WV and Bobbi Brettell of Weirton, WV; four grandchildren Jacob M. Blackburn, Trent and Madison Estep and Rhain Lumpkin; nine brothers Joseph, Donald, Robert, Fred, Elvis, Keith, Jeff, Bruce and Warren and three sisters Doddie, Patricia, and Beverly. A memorial service will be held at Meadowbrook Church of God at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to American Cancer Society.
