Ruth E. Parry 68 died Thursday, February 20, 2003 at the University of Michigan Hospitals, Ann Arbor, Michigan. She was born in Wellsburg, WV on November 17, 1934 a daughter of the late William and Audrey Richards. Ruth was a Steubenville resident until her move to Michigan in June 2002. She had worked as a secretary at several Steubenville businesses and also as a teller at the former Ohio Valley Savings. She was a member of First Christian Church in Steubenville and was preceded in death by one son Richard Parry in 2001. Surviving are her husband Dale D. Parry; one son Dale Jr. and his wife Juanita of Saline, Michigan; two grandchildren Jake and Rachel; one sister Delores Foley; two brothers William Richards and Sam Richards. There will be no visitation. Friends are invited to attend services at 10 a.m. Saturday at First Christian Church with Rev. Douglas Shoaff officiating. Entombment at Union Cemetery, Steubenville.
