Ruth E. Mansfield, 100, of Steubenville, Ohio died Friday, April 30, 2010 at Trinity West.  She was born March 12, 1910 in Steubenville, Ohio a daughter of the late Jacob T. and Blemma Bilyue Fraley.  Ruth retired from W. T. Grant after many years of service working in the dress and toy departments.  She was a member of Steubenville Senior Citizens Club.  Preceding Ruth in death were her husband Thomas R. Mansfield; son Ray E. Mansfield; daughter Marlene Hughes and two brothers Floyd and Kenneth Fraley.   Surviving are her daughter-in-law Joyce A. Mansfield of Wintersville, OH; five grandchildren Raymond (Susan) Mansfield of Steubenville, OH, Cindy(Mark) Estock of North Kingsville, OH, Burton Jennings of Wellsburg, WV, Elizabeth (Chris) Cawood of Georgetown, KY and Teri Kirkpatrick of Louisville  KY; 14 great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren and niece Sandra Haggerty of Steubenville, OH.  Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, Wintersville on Monday from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m. with Rev. Bill Westling officiating.  Burial at Union Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be directed to American Cancer Society or American Heart Association.
