Ruth Ann Paluch, 76, of Wintersville died Sunday, March 3, 2013 at Trinity West.  She was born in Steubenville on October 4, 1936 a daughter of the late Columbus and Mildred Brown Loar.  Ruth Ann had been a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church and loved gardening, having numerous flower gardens.  She was a 1954 graduate of Wintersville High School and had worked at the former Elby’s and Spanky’s as a waitress.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband James J. Paluch; brother Clark Loar and sister Eleanor.  Ruth Ann is survived by her daughter Gnaden Fiber of Washington, PA; sons Patrick (Leah) Paluch of Grove City, OH and Michael Paluch of Hilliard, OH; brother Robert “Bob” (Carol) Loar of Wintersville, OH; sister Kathy (Steve) Halsted of Naples, FL; grandchildren Alexis Snider, Aubrey Fiber and Jillian Paluch.  Memorial services will be held on Saturday, March 16, 2013, 1p.m. at Mt. Calvary Cemetery Chapel with Msgr. Kurt Kemo officiating.
