Ruth A. Wallace, 94, of Wintersville passed away on Monday, February 3, 2020 at Sienna Skilled Care Center. She was born in Goulds, OH on April 11, 1925 the daughter of the late Philip and Agnes May Mitchell Downing. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Robert E. Wallace, Jr.; brothers Roger, Norman, Clarence and Bob Downing. Ruth is survived by her sons Terry (Sharon) Wallace of Wintersville and James (Dawn) Wallace of Cincinnati, OH.; grandchildren Rob (Kristen) Wallace; Jamie (Todd) Leinberger, Nathan and Aaron Strait; 3 great grandchildren.
