Roger J. Allen, 79, of Wintersville, Ohio passed away on Monday, December 18,2023 at Trinity Medical Center West. Roger was born on June 15,1944 in New Martinsville, WV the son of the late Gale W. & Mildred Kiggans Allen. After graduating from Steubenville High School in 1962, Roger went on to proudly serve in the United States Air Force. He later worked as a lead garage mechanic with Monongahela Power Company.

Roger is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Linda Finck Allen, son Erik R. Allen and brother Richard L. (Kay) Allen.

Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville, Ohio on Thursday, December 21,2023 from 10 a.m. until the time of services at noon with Rev. William Westling officiating.

Burial at Union Cemetery.
