Growing up, both sides of my family were so connected to Nick's family that I thought I was part Wukelic, part Vein and part Petkovich. They were all like extra aunts and uncles and I will remember them always. Joe,, Shelley, Dot and all - I am sorry for your loss and wish you fond memories.

Uncle Nick will be missed by his family here in South Florida. He was the funny and silly uncle who made me laugh and he always told great stories about my dad, Sam. Rest in peace, Uncle Nick. i will remember you most for your quick wit and boyish charm (and your 'Eat More Beans, America Needs The Gas' shirt). Until we meet again.

Shelly, Claudia , the Lusher family - cliff and i are sorry for your loss and he will be missed with his sense of humor by many - especially cliff and i as he always stopped to visit us from his way home from visiting Shelly - Nick was always Nicky to me- (never Nick ) as he was just another special brother to me. Nicky loved to torture and tease me constantly- our birthdays were close in March and he always reminded me i was older = stara Baba - He went to a different school (maybe Scio?) but that made no difference in all our relationships with him - we still all grew up together in the same neighborhood = I love you - had you in my thoughts and prayers during your illness - we even had to come down with the same illness- - gave cliff hell because he got to see and talk to you in my yard a few weeks ago and he did not come in an tell me you were here- ( i dont go out side due to my cancer but in this case i would of - you guys did not come in because u were all watching our huge trees being cut down = Man thing- He was my Euchre partner for yrs -once a week and the best player ever- I will miss you - but will see you again some where= - =love Drugsa as you called me and Cliff

So sorry to read about Nick's passing. Sympathy to you Shelly, you were always his shining star . He was always so proud of you. Then you gave him Miranda. What a blessing she was to him. He was a good friend to my late husband,Al Dunn and to me also. We had many good times together. Sympathy to you also Claudia. You took care of him and was his companion for many years. Sympathy to the Luschers also. Not only was he your uncle but also your side kick and best friend. I know you will miss his visits. He was always a fun loving and great person. RIP Nick.
