Obituary For Robert O. "Bobby" Long

Robert O. “Bobby” Long, 70, of Wintersville, Ohio passed away on Thursday September 8, 2022 at Gables Care Center. Bobby was born on May 16, 1952 in Steubenville, Ohio a son of the late Henry Allen & Leah Mae Fox Long. He retired after more than 30 years from Weirton Steel.

Bobby was an avid golfer and enjoyed his time as Assistant coach for the Brooke County American Legion team.

Bobby was preceded in death by his loving wife RuthAnn Long; two sisters Karen Mueller & Patty Price and brother Henry Allen "Skip" Long, Jr. He is survived by two brothers Donald (Sharon) Long & Richard Long; sister Vicki Sibbitt and many nieces and nephews.

Per Bobby’s request there will be no visitation or services.
