Robert L. Grimm, Sr. 79, of Mingo Junction, OH went to be with his Lord in Heaven on Sunday, April 17, 2016. He was born in Mingo Junction on July 10, 1936 a son of the late William and Grace Carl Grimm, Sr. Robert was a member of Kolmont Church and GKL Wildlife and Sportsman Association. He was an avid Nascar fan, enjoyed western movies and gospel programs. He also enjoyed going to yard sales and antiquing. He had worked at the former Satrolly Plant, Harmony Industries and was a bulk mail carrier for the U.S. Postal Service. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Mildred Marie Anderson Grimm and his brother William Grimm, Jr. Robert is survived by his children Robert (Dayle) Grimm, Jr. of Bloomingdale, OH, Tammy Wright of Mingo Junction, Timothy (Eileen) Grimm of Toronto, OH, Daniel Grimm of Mingo Junction, David Grimm and his fiancée Gina of Wintersville and Dawyne (Melissa) Grimm of Dillonvale, OH; special grandson and caregiver John R. Wright; 9 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Rd., Wintersville, OH on Thursday from 4-8p.m., where friends may call on Friday, April 22, 2016 from 9a.m. until time of services at 10a.m. with Pastor Roger Wayne officiating. Burial at Oakland Cemetery. Kolmont Community Church will be holding a dinner in Robert’s honor directly following service
