Robert E. “Whitey” Thompson, 68, of Overlook Hills in Wintersville, Ohio passed away Friday, March 5, 2010. He was a bookkeeper at the former Reilly Chevrolet & Cadillac and also worked at Flesher Auto Salvage. He was Catholic by faith. Whitey was an avid Big Red & Steeler football fan. Preceding Whitey in death were his grandparents, by whom he was raised, Walter & Mae Wright Thompson and one brother Walter Thompson.Whitey will surely be missed by his family and friends.Per his request, there will be no visitation or services.
