Robert E. "Bob" Lee 94 of Steubenville, OH died Wednesday, November 20, 2002 at Trinity West ER. He was born in Scio, OH on June 11, 1908 a son of the late Lindley and Olivia Ford Lee. He was a member of First Christian Church, Steubenville where he was Elder Emeritus. He also was a member of Pilgrim Lodge #691, Williams Country Club and was an avid golfer. He graduated from Steubenville High School in 1926 and joined Weirton Steel in 1931 as a clerk in the accounting department. Advancing through the ranks until in 1967 he was appointed assistant treasurer and controller, his position at retirement. He was proceeded in death by a sister Helen Lee Hardy. He is survived by his wife of 55 years Dorothy M. Wallace Lee, son Richard E. (Karen) Lee of Danville, CA, daughters Barbara (Gary) Retone of Pittsburgh, PA, Debby (Bob) LaPorta of Damascus, MD, six grandchildren. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Rd., Wintersville, OH on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. Friends may also call on Saturday from 10:30 A.M. until the time of services at 11 :00 A.M. at First Christian Church, 220 North Fourth Street, Steubenville.
