Cowie and I go back to grade school at Blessed Sacrament in Wintersville along with his sister Patty. I knew his entire family and he was a great guy. We played football at Central together. Cowie was a quiet guy who was fun to be around. One of the hardest working men I have ever known. God Bless him.
