Richard W. “Rick” Neal, 72, of Richmond, Ohio passed away on Saturday, January 1, 2022 at Trinity West. He was born in Hickory, PA on October 1, 1949, a son of the late Richard W. & Louraine Bourg Neal, Sr. Rick was a member of Union Local 18 Operating Engineers, Akron, Ohio; Flushing Masonic Lodge 298 F&AM; and a 1967 graduate of Chartiers-Houston High School. He served in the US Army during the Viet Nam War. Preceding Rick in death were his parents, brother James Neal & stepson Stewart Sisley.

Rick is survived by his wife Phyllis J. Witt Neal; daughters Lynn (Andy) Johnson & Leslie Williams; four grandchildren Clayton Hendrix, Jessie Neal, Sydney Mabli & Harley Williams; sister Janice Bryden; and stepsons Charles (Laura) LeRoy & Frank LeRoy.

Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville, Ohio on Wednesday from 10:30 a.m. until the time of services at 12:30 p.m. with Rev. William Westling officiating. Burial at Fort Steuben.
