Richard L. Fuller, 60, was born in Weirton, WV on December 14, 1961. He was the son of Frank W. Fuller and Juanita Fuller. He is predeceased by his brother Frank E. Fuller; sisters Barbara (late husband Sam) Kurko and Connie Fuller.
He is survived by his sister Juanita J. Welsh and husband William; brothers Stacy Fuller, Michael Fuller, and Thomas Fuller and wife Melissa; and sister-in-law Debra Fuller. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews he took pride in.
Richard volunteered at the Brooke County Family Resources Center where he helped with the Walk Run Races and Family Nights.
Family services will be held at a later date.
Donations may be directed to Brooke County Family Resources Center in Rick's memory.
