Richard L. “Dick” Bills 82 of Wintersville, Ohio died Friday, April 29, 2005 at Dixon Health Care Center. He was born in St. Marys, WV on December 25, 1922 a son of the late Daniel B. and Ruth A. Wince Bills. Dick was a member of Wintersville U.M. Church. He was the owner of Coe’s Drive-In. He had also worked for Spahn’s Dairy and Indian Creek Schools. Preceding Dick in death is sister Bonnie Chilenski Dick is survived by his wife Barbara Scott Bills; daughter Marijo (Fred) Young of Steubenville, OH; two grandchildren Richard Scott Young of Colombus, OH and Sarah Lee (Jim) Houser of Steubenville, OH; Great Grandaughter Madison Lee Houser of Steubenville, OH; and two sisters Mary Hall of Steubenville and Christine (Ross) Hart of St. Marys, WV Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville on Sunday 6 - 9 p.m. Where services will be held at Monday11 a.m. with Rev. Clint Quillen officiating. Burial at Fort Steuben.
