  To Dick's Fam ily, I used to work with Dick at the bank back in the 80'S. He was a true gentleman and always a lot of fun to work with. I'll never forget when he and Hayes used to go to the hot dog cart on the corner of Fourth and Market Streets and bring hot dogs back to their desks. The whole office smelled of hot dogs!! Then they would get ice cream sundaes at the five and ten across the street, but by the time they got them back to the office, they would be half melted!! It was always a great day when we all worked together. He will be missed. You have my condolences. Robin Hoover
