Richard A. “Dick” Coleman, Jr., 80, of Wintersville, Ohio died Sunday, January 15, 2006 at Health Central in Ocoee, Florida. He was born March 11, 1925 a son of the late Richard A. and Rena Sullivan Coleman, Sr. He was retired from Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp. and a member of Pilgrim Lodge 691 F&AM; Scottish Rite; Osiris Shrine; and Steubenville Elks Lodge 231. An Army veteran of WWII, Richard was a Purple Heart recipient. Preceding him in death were five brothers and one sister. Richard is survived by his wife Roberta “Bobbie” Robertson Coleman; son Richard A. Coleman III and daughter Mary Jo Coleman both of Wintersville; and one sister Alma Fabbish of Cincinnati, Ohio. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, Wintersville on Thursday 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 p.m. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Friday at St Paul’s Episcopal Church with Fr. Steven McKeown officiating (EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH). Burial at Fort Steuben. Masonic service 7 p.m. Thursday. Memorial donations may be directed to St. Paul’s Episcopal Church Window Fund, 415 Adams St., Steubenville, OH 43952.
