Rhonda Kim Brown, 46 of Rayland, Ohio, formerly of Wintersville died Monday, February 21, 2005 at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA. She was born in Steubenville on January 10, 1959 a daughter of the late James H. Tice and Donna R. Gambill Tice, who survives of Wintersville. She was a member of Wintersville Baptist Temple, where she was a former Sunday School Teacher. Rhonda was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Lois and Raymond “Pop” Gambill and paternal grandparents Hilda and Jess Tice. In addition to her mother she is survived by her husband Michael W. Brown, daughter Heather Brown of the residence, sister Cynthia (James) Sninchak of Bloomingdale, OH. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Rd., Wintersville on Wednesday 7-9p.m. and Thursday 2-4 and 7-9p.m. Friends may also call on Friday from 1p.m. until time of service at 1:30p.m. at the Wintersville Baptist Temple with Dr. Rev.
