Rhoda V. Norris, 90, passed away Wednesday morning at Woodsfield Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She passed away peacefully after a lengthy illness. She was preceded in death by her husband Lewis H. Norris. Rhoda is survived by six children and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Private viewing will be held for the family on Friday, November 7, 2014 at 11:30a.m. at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, Wintersville. Burial at Fort Steuben Burial Estates.
