Raymond L. Willey, 89, of Wintersville, Ohio died Monday, July 29, 2013 at Sienna Woods. He was born in New Martinsville, WV on November 10, 1923 a son of the late Kinsey and Pearl Trayon Willey. Preceded him in death were his wife Melba J. Curtis Willey and a sister Laura Maine. Raymond retired from Satralloy where he worked as a mechanic. He was a member of Wintersville Church of Christ. Raymond was a Veteran of the Navy serving during WW II. Surviving are his son Raymond T. “Tom” (Wendy) Willey of Carrollton, OH; daughter Sharon (Kenneth) Tomasi of Wintersville, OH; brother Larry Huggins of Brilliant, OH; sister Delores (Jack) Pool of Wintersville, OH; 4 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call at Dunlope – Shorac Funeral Home, Wintersville Wednesday 2 – 4 & 6 – 8 p.m. where a service will be held Thursday 10 a.m. with Rev. Imre Gulyas officiating. Burial at Fort Steuben. Memorials may be directed to Wintersville Church of Christ 316 Two Ridge Rd, Wintersville, OH 43953.
