Judy, Dot & Family My deepest sympathy to you and yours - I'm privileged to say we have had 3 generations, together, of close family friendships within Bloomingdale. Our parents, grandparents, (now) great grandparents have all been classmates within Wayne Township. We've experienced (and contributed to) much history and many community memories through the years. Our grandparents were best friends for many years -- our grandfathers (George Copeland and Lee Simmons) worked and drove the Bloomingdale Ice Truck -- delivery service -- together before we had electric refrigerators. Please take comfort in the wonderful memories you have shared, and may those memories lighten the burden of your grief. Sincerest regards, Carolyn Fierbaugh

We just heard today (Oct 2) about Ray's passing. Karen & Pam told us the sad news. Bill & I both always mentioned what a nice guy Ray was. Always had a twinkle in his eye, and a kind word for everyone. Our thoughts are with the family. May the Lord comfort you at this time. With sincere sympathy from Bill & Suzan Logsdon in Cleveland, Tennessee.
