Raymond C. Heilbock, 76, of Wintersville, Ohio died Sunday, April 6, 2008 at Valley Hospice North. He was born May 11, 1931 in Steubenville a son of the late William B. and Laura Lahoskey Heilbock. He was a retired letter carrier for the US Postal Service. Ray was a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church and the Mens Club. He served in the US Navy during the Korean War. Preceding Ray in death were his brothers George, Robert, William & Paul Heilbock; and sisters Catherine Conroy & Eleanor Brooks.Surviving are his wife Marjorie E. Decker Heilbock; sons Christopher (Beth Ann) Heilbock of PA and Jonathan Heilbock of FL; daughter Linda (Lee) Showers of FL; three grandchildren and sister Emma Heilbock of Wintersville.Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home on Tuesday 5-8 p.m. Funeral liturgy with mass 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Blessed Sacrament Church with Msgr. Gerald E. Calovini officiating. Entombment at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.Vigil service 7:45 p.m. TuesdayMemorials may be directed to Blessed Sacrament Church.
