Obituary For Ralph James Billham

Ralph James Billham, 89, of Steubenville, Ohio, passed away on November 18, 2025, at the Valley Hospice North Care Center. Ralph was born December 14, 1935, in Steubenville, Ohio, a son of the late John James & Marybelle “Mamie” Moran Billham. Ralph began his career as a young carpenter, which led him to a position with Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp. He was a proud veteran, serving in the National Guard.

Ralph was preceded in death by his wife, Frances Marie Billham. He is survived by three sons, James, Ralph & Ed; two grandchildren, Brittany & Cody, and three great-grandchildren, Leah, John & Westley.

Per Ralph’s wishes, a private family service was held at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home. Burial at Fort Steuben Burial Estates.

    My deepest sympathy to all of you. I wish we all were still in touch and together. I love and miss all of you. My dad and mom passed away and with them it seems so did my family.
