Ralph E. Stinard, Sr., 91, loving Husband and Father, of Wintersville, Ohio passed away on December 11 , 2020 at the Laurels of Steubenville. He was born on November 12, 1929 in Piney Fork, Ohio a son of the late Carl E. and Lucy V. Brake Stinard. Ralph was self-employed as a truck driver/owner-operator for 63 years. He retired from Teamster’s Local 428. He was a member of the Wintersville United Methodist Church.
In addition to his parents, Ralph was preceeded in death by two brothers; David Stinard and Kenneth Stinard and an infant sister.
Ralph is survived by his wife Betty Jane Petroskey Stinard, who he married November 16, 1950; five children, Ronald (Kathy) Stinard; Ralph (Carol) Stinard Jr.; Judy Patterson; Richard Stinard and Robert Stinard; brother Roger (Sharon) Stinard; five grandchildren, Todd, Lori, Eric Stinard; Joseph Patterson and Ashley Stinard Barnett; 6 great grandchildren, Ryan, Carson, Sara, and Hannah Stinard; Aubrey and Mason Barnett.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations may be sent to the Wintersville United Methodist Church, Center of Hope, 702 Main Street, Wintersville, Ohio 43953.
Private family services with entombment at Fort Steuben Burial Estates.
