Phylliss L. Ullery, 67, of Steubenville passed away Monday February 23, 2009 at Trinity West. She was born in Steubenville on April 24, 1941 a daughter of Robert and Matilda C. McCulley Main. Phylliss had worked as a waitress at Al’s Diner in Wintersville. She was Catholic by faith and an avid NASCAR fan. Phylliss was preceded in death by her husband Charles E. Ullery in 1987; brother Robert Main and sister Margaret Main. She is survived by her son Mark Ullery of Mineral Ridge, OH; daughters Lori (Tom) DeFallo and Lisa (Joe) Banovsky, both of Steubenville; brother Harold (Alice) Main of Annapolis, OH and sister Shirley Ohalek of Wintersville; 7 grandchildren. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Rd., Wintersville on Thursday 2-4 and 6-8p.m., where services will be held on Friday, 10a.m. Burial at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to: Teramana Cancer Center, 4000 Johnson Rd., Steubenville, OH 43952.
