Pauline F. “Aunt Polly” Castner, 84, of Wintersville, Ohio died Saturday, August 14, 2010 at Valley Hospice Care Center North.  She was born on Valentine’s Day, February 14, 1926 in Alliance, Ohio a daughter of the late Albert F. and Viola Kesser Pillot.  Polly was a member of Grace Lutheran Church and worked as a sales clerk for W.T. Grant until they closed.  She was a loving and giving person and was everyone’s “Aunt Polly”. Preceding Polly in death were her husband Matthew P. Castner and sister Betty Tennant.She is survived by nieces Sally Devore with whom she resided,  Charla McDonald of Steubenville, OH and Angel Tennant; nephew Herbert Tennant of Steubenville, OH and many great nieces and great nephews.  Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville Tuesday 2 – 4 & 7 – 9 p.m. where a service will be held Wednesday 10 a.m. with Pastor Terry Mohr officiating.  Burial at Union Cemetery.
