Pauline A. Woodland, 84, of Steubenville, OH died Sunday, January 17, 2016 at Trinity West ER. She was born March 28, 1931 in Tyler, WV a daughter of the late Charles and Laura Neff Rice. Preceding Pauline in death were her husband Jesse Woodland; son Charles Woodland and daughter Priscilla Woodland. Surviving are her son Jesse (Lisa) Woodland; daughter Judy McCullough; brother Larry Rice; five grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Friends may call at Dunlope – Shorac Funeral Home, Wintersville on Wednesday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m. with Rev. Bill Westling officiating.
