My condolences to her family. I lived in the same apt house with Polly from birth through college. We were very close, I even followed her to Ohio State. She was a very gifted woman, excelling in art and writing, amazing, really. Distance put us too far apart as we aged, but she will remain one of the most important people in my life.

Sad news indeed! Paula was one of the jewels in our SHS Class of 1958. I went all through school with Paula: Roosevelt K-6; Harding Jr. Hi. 7-8; and of course Big Red 9-12; even OSU. This loss hurts my heart. Fred Sweeney.

I met Polly at Renegade Quilters -- she taught me a lot about quilting -- and about a positive outlook on life. My sympathy to her family. May she rest in peace.

Paula and I grew up 1 block apart on Wellesley Avenue in Steubenville. We attended the same schools and church. She was a very special person and I am sorry that I just received news of her passing. The world was a better place with her in it.
