Obituary For Paul Koltz

Paul Koltz, 85, of Wintersville, Ohio passed away on December 16, 2025 at the Valley Hospice North Care Center, surrounded by his loving family. Paul was born on December 7, 1940 in Follansbee, West Virginia a son of the late John & Alta Johnson Koltz. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army before working as a pipefitter at Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp.

Paul was a faithful follower at First West Presbyterian Church and an original member of Prime Time Senior Services where he made a great group of friends. He was an avid Notre Dame and Pittsburgh Steeler fan. Most of all, Paul was a loving husband, father and pap-pap. He truly loved his grandkids and great-grandkids.

Paul is preceded in death by his siblings George, John, James, Carol Ann, Nametta & Madeline and his long-time best friend Tony Farrister.

Paul is survived by his wife of 53 years Bobbie Graham Koltz; daughters Ronda (Tim) Moss & Robin (Mike) Keebaugh; four grandchildren & four great-grandchildren; sisters Rosemary Lamatrice & Rita Weatherhead; loving brother-in-law and sister-in-law Randy & Lynn Graham and extended family Dorothy Farrister and children.

Per Paul’s wishes, there are no services.
