Paul D. Mullins, Jr., 58, of Toronto, OH passed away on Monday, May 16, 2022 at Valley Hospice. He was born in Steubenville on June 29, 1963 a son of the late Paul D. and Dorothy Martin Mullins, Sr. Paul worked for R.S.V. Construction and Demolition. He is survived by his wife Chanda Petrella. Arrangements are private.

My mom and Paul went to school together...when my mom came home from Columbus after her surgery,Paul was the 1st one who jumped to take care of my mom...He took very good care of my mom..and my mom took very good care of Paul when he started his fight w cancer..I'm going to miss Paul so very much,so blessed to have had him b apart of my life,my kids lives,and especially my mom's life...Hope ur flying super high w the angels and may u sing in the angels choir....keep watching over all of us...until we all meet again...I LOVE n MISS u Paul***
