Obituary For Patricia S. Mills

Patricia S. Mills, 93, of Steubenville, Ohio passed away on Saturday, May 29, 2021 at The Laurels. She was born in Steubenville on April 26, 1928 the daughter of the late Jesse and Myrtle Potts Sivard.

Pat was a retired teacher for Steubenville City Schools having taught kindergarten at Lincoln School. She was a member of Y.W.C.A. and Daughters of the American Revolution. Preceding Pat in death were two sons Michael and Chris.

Pat is survived by her daughter Susan (Nick) Fante; two sons Steven and Scott (Jackie) Mills; six grandchildren Stephanie, Michelle, Stevie, Ryan, Connor and Brett and great grandchildren.

Per Pat’s request all services are private. Burial at Hopewell Cemetery, Rayland, Ohio.

    I am so very sorry for your loss.  Mrs. Mills was a wonderful teacher.  She was my kindergarten teacher & gave me an awesome start to my education.  Sending prayers to cover all of you.

    To the Mills Family, I am very sorry for your loss.  Mrs. Mills was always so kind to me.  When I would visit my parents, she would come outside and chat with me.  She would show me photos of her grandchildren, and tease me about the days when I would walk to kindergarten.  My prayers are with you.
