To my Family that I miss so much.. I'm so sorry I can't be there for you all. I loved your Mom/Grandmother so much. Her stories of life and the journey her and Uncle Tony had made you understand how wonderful married life can be. She was the best at telling those stories...must of been the Irish in her! I'm sad she is gone but happy they are together again and that her and my mom can "catch up" on the years they were away from each other. May God heal our hearts and fill us with the knowledge that we had some awesome people in our lives for a very long time. May they forever be happy. Love Cuz Kathie

I was saddened to hear of the news of the passing of Patty Lamb Golas. Patty and Tony Golas were very special people and anyone who knew them, could tell they were a cut above. I have such fond memories of two people who could be called treasures of life. My sister, Theresa Kelley McCartney, who passed in 2005 was a special friend. Sincerest Sympathy to the family, and especially to the Kearney girl's, Joyce and Phyllis. Sending peace and healing energy. Blessings, Ann Kelley Nolan

It is with great sadness that the world has lost two very loving people. I was a student of Tony Golas at Springfield Local High School in the 50s and he was a "favorite" of all his students. I got to know his Patty Lamb, because Tony spoke of her all the time. Even as a teenager, I knew there was great love there. I send sincere condolences to the Tony and Patty Golas family.

I attended the funeral of beautiful Pat today and was so very touched by your lovely family. I must say, though, that the eulogy delivered by Chelsea left not a dry eye in the Church. How beautiful! How fitting! I could picture so clearly that 14 year old girl --loyal, loving and caring until the last goodnight kiss at 82. May God rest the souls of the dear Pat and Tony and grant them eternal peace.

Dear Marianne, Chelsea, Thomas and Haley My heart breaks for you all to have your mom and grandmother taken away from you so soon after Uncle Tony's death. Aunt Pat was a wonderful, loving and happy lady! Always a joy to be around. She and Uncle Tony certainly did have a wonderful life and shared their love so generously. They will always be missed. My sorrow is comforted by the hope we have of the resurrection. We need to make sure we are also there when that time comes to welcome them back. 🙂 Love you Maureen "MO" Evans

Marianne, I am so sorry to hear of your mom's passing. I know you just lost your dad a short while ago and your sister in 2008. I wish I could say something to take away the sorrow you must feel. All I can say is that our family and especially my brother and sister were so fortunate to live next door to your family during our formative years. When I think of those days in Buena Vista I smile because all the memories are so good of our family and neighbors. God be with you during this time and may His light shine upon you and your family.
