Patricia A. Foster of Oakdale, PA, formerly of Steubenville, Ohio passed away on March 27, 2020 at Weirton Medical Center. She was preceded in death by her husband Joshua A. Foster and daughter Kathryn Lynn Richardson.
Patricia is survived by her daughter Judy A. Peters; four grandsons; twelve great and three great great grandchildren; brother Rick (Juanita) Barrett and sister Shirley (Nick) Rogers.
Private family services and burial at Union Cemetery.
