Obituary For Pacita M. "Pat" Wood

Pacita M. “Pat” Wood, 89, of Mingo Junction, Ohio passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 20, 2021, at her home.

She was born on August 10, 1931 the daughter of the late Amancio and Freda Fernandez Vasquez. In addition to being the consummate homemaker, Pat had worked at Kobacker Shoes and Woolworth’s. Preceding Pat in death was her beloved husband Theodore “Ted” Wood on March 12, 2012.

Pat is survived by her loving family, daughters Debbie (Tony) Santoro and Diane (Don) Thomas; and three grandchildren Anthony & Ashley Santoro and Tyler Thomas.

Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville on Sunday 1-5 p.m. and on Monday from 10 a.m. until the time of services at 11 a.m. with Rev. Fr. John Kopcha officiating. Burial at Oakland Cemetery. Parastas service 3:30 p.m. Sunday.

Family does request that visitors wear a mask.
