Obituary For Otto Wayne Fulmer

Otto Wayne Fulmer, Sr., 82 of Wintersville, OH died Monday, April 15, 2002 at Country Club Manor, Steubenville, OH. He was born in Zanesville, OH on August 15, 1919 the son of the late Otto Henry and Iva Mae Young Fulmer. He was a member of Masonic F&A.M., Linden Lodge #637, Columbus, OH Scottish Rite Valley of Olean, NY, Scottish Rite Valley of Jamestown, NY, Jaffa Shrine Temple, Altoona, PA. U.S. Army veteran of WWII, 37th infantry division. He retired in 1981 from Berwind Railway Service, where he was Vice president of sales and operations. Proceeded in death by his wife Violet Erlene Hayslip Fulmer on May 12, 1991, brother LeRoy Fulmer, infant daughter Barbara Anne Fulmer. He is survived by daughter and son-in-law Dolores Renee and Jack Dorminey of Stafford, VA, son and daughter-in-law Otto Wayne II and Judy Fulmer of Steubenville, OH, grandchildren Jack (Emily) Dorminey, Eric (Jennifer) Dorminey, Renee Dorminey, Stephanie (Pete) Carpico, Otto Wayne III (Betty) Fulmer, David (Amber) Fulmer, Jennifer Fulmer, great grandchildren Jack, Zachary and Sarah Dorminey, Elisabeth and Anthony Carpico, Ian and Kendel Fulmer. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Rd., Wintersville, OH on Thursday 2-4 and from 6:00 P.M. until time of services at 8:00 P.M. with Rev. Jeff Proya officiating. Graveside services 1:00 p.m. on Friday at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Broad St., Columbus, OH with Dr. Richard Ellsworth officiating. Masonic services, Steubenville Lodge #45 at 7:00 P.M. on Thursday at Funeral Home. Masonic graveside services on Friday, Linden Lodge #637. Memorial contributions may be made to Shriners Hospital or Valley Hospice or Alzeheimers Foundation
