Olive L. Glasser, 98, of Steubenville, OH passed away on Friday, December 16, 2016 at Trinity West. She was born in East Liverpool, OH on October 21, 1918 a daughter of the late Thomas and Anna Winters Jones, Sr. Olive was retired from the City of Steubenville, where she worked in the recreation department and a member of Bell Chapel United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Francis R. Glasser, Sr. and her four sisters. Olive is survived by her daughters Sheila Ravasio of Steubenville and Anne (Michael) Bulas of Newark, OH; her son Francis “Fritz” Glasser, Jr. of Lewisburg, WV; 12 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Services will be private per the family’s request. Memorial contributions may be made to the Jefferson County Humane Society.
