Norman R. Six, 81, of Steubenville passed away Monday, February 29, 2016. He was born in Steubenville on November 15, 1934 the son of the late James H. and Jane L. Tenant Six. Norman retired from Weirton Steel where he worked in the Tin Mill. He was a U.S. Army veteran, graduate of Steubenville High School and belonged to Big Red Boosters. Norman is survived by his wife Ella Wilson Six; daughters Deborah (Joseph) Horkulic of Toronto, OH and Rebecca (Jeffrey) Horkulic of Steubenville; sister Barbara Young of Steubenville; 3 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Rd., Wintersville, OH on Friday, March 4, 2016 from 10a.m. until time of services at 11a.m. with Rev. Bill Westling officiating. Burial at Fort Steuben.

My condolences on the loss of Norman. I used to work with him in the Tin Mill cutting lines back in the 70's. He was a great guy, we had a lot of laughs at work. I'll always remember him as a friend.
