Nick has been my neighbor for over thirty years. I always enjoyed talking to him in our back yards. He gave me trees, plants as well as good advice. I have known him since I was in grade school. He was friends with my Dad and Uncle. My granddaughter loved him very much. He has given her many little things over her 6 years. He will surely be missing and Lovers lane will not be the same. I am very proud of Nick for his military service and his being part of the greatest generation. God Bless Him and may you rest in peace fellow veteran.

Forever cherished are my childhood memories of my Uncle Nick. From Easter egg hunts to your Knickknack Gnome gardens & of course the "Nick" collection that continued to grow with each Flea Market/yardsale excursion. But mostly how I would sit & watch out of our living room window waiting to see you & Aunt Mary make the turn onto our street coming to visit.

Mr D - That's what we called him. He was my elementary school principal At Stark School. He always had time to talk to us and we knew we could walk into his office anytime and he would make time for us. I can't count the number of times we visited him in his office to look at the giant 2 fish tanks that he had. . He once gave me a Red Tailed shark out of his tank to take home and put in my tank. Of course I named that shark Mr. D when I got home. He also shared his love of Indian artifacts and would make us plaster casts of Indian heads and 3 foot foot tall totem poles that we could take home and paint to hang on our walls just like he had his hanging in his office. I will always remember the great times we had with Mr D. His obituary shows what a truly special person he was.
