Nell “Ninnie” Hammond 94 of Wintersville, OH died Saturday, March 1, 2003 at Trinity Medical Center, West, Steubenville. She was born in Webster County, WV on December 2, 1908 the daughter of the late Alex and Rulina Hall Sizemore. Preceded in death by her husband Lawrence Hammond in 1967, 2 brothers, Sam and Bus Sizemore and 3 sisters, Velma Ault, Ruby Moffat and Martha Woolever. Nell was a retired waitress from the former Remy’s Bakery. She was a member of the women’s auxiliary of Pottery Addition Fire Department. She is survived by 2 sisters, Hazel Booth and her husband Perry of Wintersville and Mabel Skidmore of Xenia, OH and 2 brothers, Raymond and Ralph (Twila) Sizemore both of Centralia, WV and several nephews and nieces. Friends may call at the Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., where funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 10 a.m. Rev.
