Nell Engel, 94, of Steubenville, Ohio passed away Tuesday, October 7, 2014 at Martha Manor. She was born February 6, 1920 in Steubenville. She was the retired owner/operator of Nell’s Beauty Shop and a Trinity volunteer at St. John Medical Center. Preceding Nell in death were her husband Louis H. Engel; mother Dolly Van Meter and companion Joseph Huff, Sr.Nell is survived by her caregivers and Joe’s daughter, Linda (Huff) & Frank Slowikowski of Toronto, OhioFriends may call at Shorac Funeral Home, 611 N.
