Naida Viltro, 93, of Wintersville, Ohio passed away on December 28, 2023 at Valley Hospice Liza’s Place Care Center South. She was born March 8, 1930 in Steubenville, Ohio a daughter of the late Luka & Eva Krtinich Delich. She was a Wintersville High School Class of 1948 graduate. Naida retired from ABCO Markets. She was a member of Holy Resurrection Serbian Eastern Orthodox Church, Sveta Petka Kolo & Questers of Ohio Chapter 1416.
Naida is preceded in death by her husband Sam Viltro and siblings Steven Delich, Mildred Wukelich, Mary Zelich & Delores Pasquarella. She is survived by her children John (Mary) Viltro & Lisa Murtagh; four grandchildren Jeremy (Erin), Michael (Jessica), Tony (Alexis) & Gina (Kevin); nine great-grandchildren and siblings Helen Strauss, Dorothy Bossert & John Delich.
Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville, Ohio 43953 on Tuesday, January 2, 2024 from 4 – 6 p.m. Pomen service at 4:15 p.m. Additional visitation Wednesday at Holy Resurrection Serbian Eastern Orthodox Church, 528 N. 4th Street, Steubenville, Ohio 43952 starting at 10 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m. with Fr. Rajko Kosic officiating. Burial at Union Cemetery.
